MASS FLOW METERS

가스용 열식 질량 유량 측정(Thermal Mass Flow Meter)을 위한 저비용 솔루션으로 Dakota의 질량 유량계(Mass Flow Meter) 제품군이 제공됩니다. Dakota의 질량 유량계 설계는 기존 질량 유량 측정 장치의 편리성과 정확성을 이전에는 구현하기 어려웠던 경제적인 비용으로 결합했습니다.

각 질량 유량계에는 첨단 직선형 튜브 센서가 적용되어 있으며, 유로 구성 부품은 비부식성 가스용으로 알루미늄과 황동을 사용하거나, 부식성 가스용으로 316 스테인리스 스틸을 사용하여 제작됩니다.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

컴팩트하고 독립형으로 설계된 Mass Flow Meter는 가스의 유량을 측정하도록 설계되었습니다. 견고한 설계와 계측기급 정확도를 결합하여 다양한 유량 제어 용도에 사용할 수 있는 경제적이고 다목적인 솔루션을 제공합니다. 알루미늄 또는 스테인리스 스틸 모델을 사용할 수 있으며, 표시 방식은 공학 단위(Engineering Units, 기본 사양) 또는 0~100% 표시 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.

기계적 설계에는 트랜스듀서 상단에 내장된 LCD 디스플레이가 포함되어 있습니다. 이 LCD 디스플레이 모듈은 90도 이상 기울일 수 있어 편안하고 최적화된 판독이 가능합니다. LCD 디스플레이 모듈은 표준 모듈러 플러그를 통해 트랜스듀서에 연결되며, 원격 판독 설치를 위해 쉽게 분리할 수도 있습니다. OEM 용도를 위해 LCD 디스플레이가 없는 트랜스듀서도 제공됩니다.

Mass Flow Meter는 N₂ 기준 10 sccm부터 1000 sL/min까지의 다양한 유량 범위로 제공됩니다. 가스 연결부는 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" 압축 피팅(Compression Fittings) 및 3/4" FNPT 피팅을 사용합니다. 선택 사양의 피팅도 제공됩니다.

이러한 컨트롤러는 벤치탑 장비로 사용할 수 있으며, 베이스에 있는 나사를 이용하여 장착할 수도 있습니다.

SPECIFICATIONS

ACCURACY:

GM 1, 3 and 4: ±1.0% of full scale.

GM 5, 6 and 7: ±1.5% of full scale.

OPTIONAL ENHANCED ACCURACY: ±1.0% of full scale.

CALIBRATIONS:

Performed at standard conditions [14.7 psia (101.4 kPa) and

70 °F (21.1 °C)] unless otherwise requested.

REPEATABILITY:

±0.25% of full scale.

RESPONSE TIME:

Generally 2 seconds to within ±2% of actual flow rate over 25 to 100% of full scale.

TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT:

0.15% of full scale / °C.

PRESSURE COEFFICIENT:

0.01% of full scale / psi (0.07 bar).

GAS AND AMBIENT TEMP.:

Gas: 32 °F to 122 °F (0 °C to 50 °C).

Ambient: 14 °F to 122 °F (-10 °C to 50 °C) - Dry gases only.

OUTPUT SIGNALS:

Linear 0-5 Vdc. 1000 ohms min.load impedance and 4-20 mA 0-500 Ohms loop resistance.

TRANSDUCER INPUT POWER:

Universal +12 to +26 VDC, 200 mA maximum.

TIME CONSTANT:

800 ms.

GAS PRESSURE:

1000 psig (70 bars) maximum GM 1, 3, 4. 20 psig (1.4 bars) optimum.

500 psig (34.5 bars) GM 5, 6, 7. 20 psig (1.4 bars) optimum.

MATERIALS IN FLUID CONTACT:

Aluminum models GM Series: anodized aluminum, 316 stainless steel, brass and Fkm O-rings.

Stainless steel models GM1S, 3S,4S, 5S, 67S and 7S: 316 stainless steel and Fkm O-rings. Optional O-rings: Buna® , EPR and FFKM.

ATTITUDE SENSITIVITY:

No greater than +15 degree rotation from horizontal to vertical

Standard calibration is in horizontal position.

CONNECTIONS:

- GM 1: 1/4" compression fittings. Optional: 6mm, 3/8" and 1/8" compression fittings or 1/4" VCR® .

- GM 3: 1/4" compression fittings. Optional: 6mm and 3/8" compression fittings or 1/4" VCR®

- GM 4: 3/8" compression fittings.

- GM 5: 3/8" compression fittings.

- GM 6: 1/2" compression fittings.

- GM 7: 3/4" FNPT fittings or 3/4" compression fittings.

LEAK INTEGRITY:

1 x 10-9 smL/sec of helium maximum to the outside environment.

CE COMPLIANT:
