DMSO-free, Chemically-Defined, Safe & Effective Cryopreservation Solution
XT-Thrive®는 DMSO-free 및 non-toxic 기반의 chemically-defined cryopreservation solution입니다. Serum 및 recombinant protein을 포함하지 않으며, primary stem cells와 tissue를 초저온(-70°C ~ -196°C) 환경에서 안전하게 보존하도록 설계되었습니다. 기존 cryopreservation media 대비 높은 cell recovery와 기능 유지 성능을 제공하며, cGMP grade 제품으로 cell 및 tissue manufacturing process에 바로 적용 가능한 plug-and-play 솔루션입니다.

XT-Thrive®는 non-toxic 및 non-genotoxic cryopreservation solution으로, 보존 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 세포 phenotype 변화 위험과 세포 치료 전·후의 임상적 부작용 가능성을 감소시킵니다.
Chemically Defined
XT-Thrive®는 serum 및 recombinant protein을 포함하지 않는 fully chemically defined formulation입니다.
Uncompromised Performance
XT-Thrive®는 DMSO를 포함하지 않음에도 우수한 성능을 제공합니다. -70°C 또는 liquid nitrogen 환경에서 보관 후에도 세포의 viability, physical integrity 및 functionality를 효과적으로 유지하도록 설계되었습니다.
Optimized for Scale-Up Bioproduction
XT-Thrive®는 freezing 전과 thawing 후 허용 가능한 incubation 시간을 크게 연장할 수 있습니다. 또한 DMSO 기반 제품과 달리 wash-out 과정이 필요하지 않습니다.
Plug and Play Integration
XT-Thrive®는 공정 적용이 매우 용이하며, 별도의 특수 장비 없이 기존 workflow에 바로 적용 가능합니다. DMSO 및/또는 serum을 포함한 기존 cryopreservation solution을 직접 대체할 수 있습니다.
cGMP GRADE
XT-Thrive®는 미국에서 cGMP 기준에 따라 생산됩니다. 또한 FDA에 Drug Master File(DMF)이 등록되어 있으며, pre-clinical 단계부터 commercial cell-based product까지 폭넓게 활용 가능합니다.
